They called me for an interview for a managerial position. When asked which company this was, they vaguely mentioned the name. I found out what the company was after I went in for the interview. Very fishy and in a hurry to make you an agent. False advertisement, and tricked me into signing up for the exam. I declined the offer once I understood they wanted me to go house to house to get people to sign up for their insurance. The upper management basically makes money off of your sales, in commission. You do not make anything unless and until you go higher up the ladder.
The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Entrevista
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
