I was called on the phone to come interview for a managers role. However they lied on the phone and it was actually a sales job.it was a cattle call type interview where I spent 3 minutes with a manager then went to a hour and a half presentation. After being lied to I left during the presentation. Horrible interview and company

Entrevista
The interview takes place in two stages: an initial group overview of the company, then they’ll do final rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The overview was just an hour long presentation of the company and job position. If called back for the 1 on 1 interview, then it lasts about 45 minutes and you get an offer or don’t on the spot, which took me by surprise.

They are trying to sell you on joining their company. It felt like nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a thirsty attempt at baiting you to join their pyramid scheme.
