I never wanted to go for an interview that would somehow include sale in it. I was very specific when I got the call for in person interview very next day after I applied. I was very surprised that the job they wanted to offer me and the job I was looking for and the education i have, had no match. In my part I was very frustrated that even after enquiring 2 times over the phone, that I do not want to be a sales agent or some sort of insurance agent, they insisted that the job they have it will be more close to what I am looking for. The reality was very much close to the other interview reviews written by many others on the website, it was a pure set-up for people to come in group and somehow get connected with AIL's way of working and somehow make money doing it.

They would not ask you too much, rather put emphasis on if you somehow fit in their profile of a good salesperson. They have paper full of questions profiling your attitude and analyzing your personality and background.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
