Was a complete sham. Invited to interview for administration and it was a sales pitch presentation over an hour to sell insurance. I let it be known very clearly beforehand that I had already explored the insurance industry and had no interest in getting licensed. That was known before scheduling the interview. There was about 8 other people there. What they do is lure you in for a group presentation intending to recruit sales agents. The other jobs are fictitious

Was informed it is a sales job= classic bait and switch. These were some of the fastest talking people I've ever met, complete with humorous asides to throw you off. I continued to refer to the ad on Craigslist (which did not name company or location) but kept being told about unlimited $$$ opportunities. Looking at other posts here it appears as though this is company policy. There must be a reason for to hide basic facts about business in job ad. Also on one of the questionnaires I took: "Do you know anyone else who might be interested in this position?" and below that 3 lines for names/phones/ email. Reeks of a MLM /pyramid.

Asked me for a updated copy of my resume, a reference or two and then I came in for a interview, which was 10 min long. Once the interview was done, I followed up with the hiring manager for a final and then I was hired immediately.
