Their will be a quick phone call. Then a video call where they will ask you a few questions about yourself and introduce their company and their structure. This interview is just to know who you are and if you are suitable for the job.

You enter a group interview with, my class, was about 20 individuals. The manager explains the position as selling health insurance and targeting the elderly.
There is no screening process: It appeared anyone that applied for the position would be offered an interview. There is no screening before hand and you saw a lot of unprofessionalism. Coming from a previous recruiter/Talent Acquisitions Specialist, this was a huge red flag.
I was looking for a benefits specialist position in the realm of HR.
This is a full commission zero base pay position. There were examples of those who will go weeks without pay that cannot make sales but they highlight how much profit you can make once you make a sale.
You are then interviewed individually in breakout rooms. They asked you very basic interview questions on why you would choose this position and your motivators.
