Fairly simple process where I had the first call and interview with the hiring manager to get a feel and then met with the rest of the team so that they could add questions and have input and they made their decision a little after that. Total process was two weeks

Entrevista
I applied through indeed.com and surprisingly heard back in a few days. I had a phone interview with the HR manager that was very simple and felt that I was given a good idea of what the company does and what it values.
The second interview was with the department head and then VP. This was more about my specific skills relating to the job, as well as getting a feel for my personality. They wanted to make sure I was someone people could get along with and worked well with people.

I don't remember any specific questions. Mostly questions to get an idea of how you handle difficult situations and 'tell me about a time when you made a mistake and had to fix it' kind of questions.
