Initially spoke to the HR Manager over the phone who described the job, asked a few questions and scheduled an in-person interview with the Marketing Director. At their office, the interviewer was welcoming and friendly, but upon sitting down to ask questions, would yawn and work on his computer at various points. In addition, some of the position's responsibilities initially communicated to me over the phone were inaccurate. After the interview, I was told they would follow up with me, which they did not.
