We had a group interview of about 10 applicants. We met at the office to start the interview which took roughly around two hours. after this interview they had follow-up 1 on 1 interviews a few days after. This involved the MGMT interviewing a select few applicants from the interview process to find their new hires.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
