I originally came in as a prospect, but was asked to apply at a new property. After my tour of the property, I scheduled an interview with the AGM whom then led the interview. It was a simple 10 minute interview with very few questions.
It was standard with one person, the leasing manager. You feel comfortable and had some situational questions. The interview did not take too long, maybe about 30 mins and you heard back quickly if you were successful

Entrevista
Applied and submitted a resume online. Got called in for an interview. Pretty standard interview on how you act with facing some customer difficulties, your background, what you are currently doing in school and your involvement in other activities, why you are good for the job, etc. They ask you what you already know about the company. Then waited about a week or two for them to finish the rest of the interviews before choosing the new hires. Went through a 2 day staff training once hired.

Entrevista
It was a pretty standard in person interview. Questionnare seemed to be prepared from a basic interviewing guide. The panel consisted of two interviewers. There was no group interview. There was an online application I had to fill to set up the interview.
