Interview process is different from person to person. Not difficult. Panel and breakout interviews with several cross functional teams. Responsiveness and followup not great. Phone screening upfront as well with HR. Doesn't seem that the engineering team communicated with HR quickly or vice versus. Pretty easy and good experience either way. Just typical start up chaos. Could've moved faster with communication and decision.
