The entire team at American Airlines were engaging and personable. There was a big effort to ensure that the interviewees were put at ease and it was more of a discussion between peers than a grilling session.

Preliminary interviews were conducted with active captains and first officers pilots who can share what the position entails. Also, they can give you an idea of the pathway they took to enter the airline. Very capable and friendly people.
