The interview start with a group presentation then you speak with a supervisor then a manager. After you would take a bogus exam on the computer, and you’ll most likely get hired. They have a big turnover rate so it looks like they are hiring weekly. Sales rep do make money but you’re selling a non transparent student loan forgiveness program. You are to let the customers believe that the payment each month is towards your loan, but in fact it is for a membership package that they sell. Student forgiveness is completely free and student can apply directly on the government’s website.

Interview was more of a sales pitch. They didn't really ask me any real questions regarding my experience and what I could bring to the table. Seemed more like they were just herding people in and picking who they want, then getting rid of who they don't. Their turnover is EXTREMELY high!

Fast, easy and to the point. We did a quick company overview that covered all the basics and then went through a more formal interview with a sales manager. Overall very effective.
