The CIO started punching holes in my resume and grilling me from the get go about not having production experience in Java. As if it's a big crime to not have production experience in Java. Don't think he should be the face of Amerisave. He then falsely accused me of stating that I was Advanced in Java. I felt like I was a criminal.

The recruiter was reading things off the job description asking if I have experience with them. I was then given an easy multiple-choice quiz on Java and SQL, stuff like "true or false, a Java program can run out of memory" and "which SQL statement does X". It was clear that the interviewer was just reading the job description and hadn't looked at my resume, especially since I was then asked if I had work experience. My resume made it clear that I do not. I said no and the call was ended by him there. They probably wouldn't have wasted their time interviewing me had they looked over my resume first.
