Submitted job application with resume. Recruiter contacted via email regarding clearance and if I had experience with GCSS-Army. Once the hiring manager approved based on my resume. I got hired. No interview.

Phone interview. In person with site leads hired that day. Pretty straight forward, usual questions. In was about 20 minutes. The Site lead was out of office so I interviewed with him over the phone , with the second in command present.

prescreen with the recruiter about my work history and then interview with regional manager. Both were phone interviews. Took about 2 weeks. Then i had my background check and final offer.
