Process starts by a written technical test. Followed by a technical round and then finally HR round. Technical test contains sections such as programming language questions (C/C++/Java), SQL queries, data structure questions and Unix/Linux commands. The technical round will mostly revolve around your choice of programming language, data structure, SQL and few unix/linux commands.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
