First round was with my hiring boss. It was a telephonic round. The discussion was more around my experiences as a program manager and my responsibilities. The second round happened a month later due to unavailability of program managers to interview me. This round was quite interesting for it happened at company location with 2 people interviewing me at the same time. One of the interviewer was present on location and the other was asking questions through a video conference. The third round was with HR about the pay and other benefits. I was negotiating with the HR after 9 years. So, was a bit nervous. However, the HR person was very open and explained me about the benefits very clearly.
