I applied through college placements as a fresher.After aptitude test,there was technical interview,lasted for 30-35 minutes.Interviewer was cordial and listened patiently.Overall,it was enriching experience.If we are thorough with basics of testing, we can easily crack it.

It was good and easy for beginners
They will have generic aptitude test
Once that is cracked than they scheduled technical round round that was simple
BSS /OSS knowledge would be an add on advantage
Then general HR discussion
Process took around two weeks
