A detailed process including technical test, technical interview and HR interview. The technical interview was at moderate difficulty level. The result of the process was declared on the same day as it was a college campus interview. The interviewers were very knowledgeable people. My interview was mostly based upon Java and Databases. Different brain teasers in Java and SQL were the main focus in technical interview. HR was OK but was kind of a rough one.

They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
