I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. The whole interview process was presented clearly, with the mention that they want to hire somebody relatively fast. The interview was a process(30 min recruiter phone call, 45 min hiring manager video call, 30 min HR video call, 3 * 45 min technical interview with 1 engineer) within a 1 week time frame. Everybody seemed knowledgeable and professional. I was told the answer would come in 3 days. I've got a TEXT message from the recruiter saying that they did not select me...no reason, no nothing. I even asked both the HR person who I talked with via email, but ofc he didn't answer. The position is still open so I guess they are not that interested in hiring.
