Entrevista
The interview was a five step process:
1. Phone screening
2. Challenge activity + personality quiz
3. Phone interview with the Director of Operations
4. In-office interview (lunch included)
The interviewers were very conversational and that made the discussion very easy. It was a really enjoyable process and allowed me to get to know Ambassador and it's leaders.
I thought eating lunch with the team on the day of my in-office interview was awesome; it allowed me to get to know the group I would be working with every day.

I applied online and was contacted soon after by HR to set up a phone screening. The phone screening consisted of a 30 minute call with the HR contact, Taryn, who was very responsive and helpful when it came to answering questions and communicating next steps throughout the process. I completed a challenge quiz and "Getting to Know You" survey after the phone screening and was then scheduled for a phone interview with the VP of Operations. After the phone interview, I was invited to interview in-person and have lunch with the team. I received and accepted an offer within two days after the in-person interview. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience. The process lasted about 2 weeks from start to finish and they are very good at keeping candidates updated throughout the interview process.
