Was given email invitation to complete an online assessment. Upon completion, the candidate was contacted by HR within 2–3 days and invited for an interview.
On the interview day, a briefing was conducted by HR, followed by the completion of an application form. Then, I attended an interview session with both the Hiring Manager and the HR representative.

The interview process with began with an online test. Once I completed the test, I was invited for an in-person interview. The interview itself included several common questions, such as "Tell me about yourself.", "Can you describe your experience?" ,"Why do you want to work with us?”. In addition to these questions, there were other typical inquiries one might encounter during a job interview. Overall, the process was structured and straightforward.

Not professional, after the recruiter call me that hiring manager agree to hire me, after 2 months they sent an email that they not able to offer me without given any reason. Wasting my time

More to what i am doing, but the hiring manager insist to know the practice and policy that my current bank is implementing. I informed them i cant reveal as that is p&c
I think they call for interview just want to know abt practice implementation by others bank.
