The interview process consists of two key steps. First, the functional interview, took 40 mins. Second, the loop interview, took 5 hours, changing the interviewers every hour and focusing on AWS Leadership Principles.

The functional interview questions were about the PM methodologies, etc. For the loop interview most of the questions were linked to AWS LP, e.g. tell me situation where you had to take a decision, etc.
