Overall I got the impression that the French HR do not value business degrees, they were more interested in my lower level qualifications in technology.

It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations
