You go in for multiple interviews, they want to know about your background, what you did before, what you liked in previous jobs, what you didn't like. They want to know about your personality so they can find where you would be best suited, what type of work environment you will do best in. The interview process is not that stressful.
The interview process was over the phone. It was fairly easy. Just had to answer a few about my resume. And speak on my work experience and why I thought I was qualified for the position.
