After a week with no update, I contacted the recruiter for a status update. Later that evening, I received a generic rejection email with no explanation or feedback. I have heard from others in the industry that AmTrust has a reputation for being disorganized internally, and based on my interview experience, I believe there is some truth to that. The lack of communication, follow-through, and consistency throughout the process reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism. I would advise applicants to be cautious when applying for positions that appear to be reposted frequently, as this may indicate larger issues within the organization.
