Very good interview. Met at Corporate Headquarters / #1 facility of 2. Had a 2.5 hour conversation with V.P. Operations. Will meet with him again soon. I am over-qualified for position he wishes to fill. However, He is creating an elevated position to free up his time to back away from day-to-day activities and get involved with more value-added projects.
