The interview was easy. But now it has been almost FOUR weeks since the interview and I still have not heard from them. I think it is very rude and they should take their time to let the candidates know their decision in 1-2 weeks. I am really disappointed with this attitude. Unproffessional!

They asked about my experience, what did I find challenging, if I ever worked with GMP.
Straight forward, two round process where I both meet with HR representative, my direct manager and head of the department. As I was applying for an entry level position, the questions where mostly focused on my previous experience/studies including some typical HR questions.

Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm. Am Anfang wurde ich gebeten meine vorherige Arbeit zu präsentieren mit einer anschließenden kurzen Präsentation.
Danach wurden zunächst verschieden fachliche Fragen besprochen, um mein Verständnis für die Arbeitsabläufe zu testen. Danach folgten noch einige allgemeine HR Fragen gestellt, gefolgt von einer Tour durch die Labore.
