There was no interview. I passed the CBEST exam and applied. I was hired and then had an orientation with the district and started working. It was very simple. However, the process, may have changed since I applied, which was in 2009.

Interview process was not difficult. You were called into the office of the interviewer where you sat down across from them and were asked 5-6 questions relating to your university background, previous work experiences in the elementary classroom, and what your future plans were in regards to working in the district.
