The main interview is more in depth, often with a recruiter or a small panel, where they explore how you manage calendars, stay organized, handle competing priorities, and support a team under pressure. Sometimes they include a short skills assessment to see how you work with Microsoft Office, draft emails, or manage documents. By the time they move to references and next steps, it’s clear they want to understand not just what you can do, but how you work and whether you’ll feel supported in the environment they place you in.
