      In my 6 years of IT experience, i have given several interviews but the Alteryx has the worst HR representative. Panels for the technical rounds were pretty decent including the manager but once the process was over, i have not heard at all anything from the HR. I understand that there would be internal discussion about Yes/No/Maybe etc but you should respect candidates time as well. I have tried calling her a couple of times and she rejected the call but didn't tell if i am in consideration or not. Advice- Please check on the expected CTC during the first call and if the budget doesn't allow, please do not proceed and if someone is calling respect their time and effort and excitement. I was interviewed for a customer role for the new Bangalore team and was excited about it. I attended all 3 interviews and the feedback was good but all of the sudden silence from the HR made me dislike the culture.

      Entrevista

      Was contacted for an initial screening interview. That was scheduled and completed. Made it to the second interview in the process with the hiring manager. I was contacted and asked about my availability, I provided numerous dates and times. I was told by that person that they would check the hiring managers schedule and let me know what worked…. That was weeks ago! Haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve heard mixed bag of experiences with this company with more leaning toward the negative end and it looks like they were correct. They wasted my time and energy. You would think companies realize that the interview process is someone’s first introduction to their company. The interviewers and the interview process says a lot about the culture and how the company is run. And from this experience the company must be very disjointed.
