Applied online and I received an email from the HR within a week to set up a phone interview. After the call it took about a week to have an online meeting with team leads. The interview also had a practical test portion.

I had two stages: recruiter and line manager. However, I know other employees had three stages. It was a medium-difficult interview. I received an offer very fast. The role I applied for has been a junior-level officer.

What has been my previous experience and what do I know about the role?
Felt very comfortable stepping into the office. Interview was good and the people there are very warm and welcoming. Had a phone interview followed by a face to face interview and finally an aptitude test.
