An engineer and a HR rep interviewed me at a co-op job fair at my school. They informed me about what goes on in the Birmingham plant and answered all questions that I had. Called back to a on site interview that was more of a mix and mingle with a lot of other candidates for the position.
There was one brief phone interview followed by a more in-depth Zoom interview. Neither of the interviews felt like it was too much, pretty basic questions. The interviewers were nice, understanding that I didn't have much work experience or interview experience.

The interview was pretty standard. I interviewed with two other engineers regarding my resume, and they asked common interview questions. Even though I never received an offer, the interview was very smooth.

Entrevista
They start off by asking you about yourself. If you are open and friendly and can tell them about your experiences you will get the job. If you are hesitant, awkward, and answer only the minimum of what is asked of you, you will not get the job. They are looking for people who will be easy to get along with in the workplace and are wiling to work.
