Your experience and work history don't really matter, company representatives will only consider hiring you if you pass the chally test, a company wide personality/strength and weakness test. Legally they cannot base hiring off of this test, yet they have not hired one service employee that has not passed this test since its inception.

Good interview process good benefits also great company it is a good company to work for and grow also the pay is very good even when you first start they have great ways to move up

Simple interview process. They require you to take a personality test for compatibility. Seems fairly easy considering the revolving door employment strategies this branch runs. It's relatively easy to get into this job.

Entrevista
They did the fairly standard short phone interview, followed by a normal face to face interview. That was successful so I was called for a 2nd face to face. That went well and they said I was hired as long as I passed this mandatory personality test online. I also did well enough for them so I was hired.
