First round is all behavioral, background, why alphasights, and they make sure you have a good understanding of the role.
Second Round is the case round, your case is a big part of the interview. You'll complete it before, they ask questions and give feedback. Then they do another one on the spot, be ready for this and take into account the feedback from your case. Last is the mock expert vetting call.
Didn't get final round :(
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
