Entrevista
First round was a 30 min meeting with a manager. They will ask you about your career goals, what you know about the company, and about your history. If you pass, you will receive a case study few days prior to your second interview. The case is easy, but take time to organize how you will present it to the manager (i.e your thought process). Second round was a 1 hour call with another manager. First part is to review your case study that you did, second you will receive a new case study and only have 5 minutes to do it, and lastly you will do a mock call. If you pass this round, you will have a 1 hour call with a VP. Expect to speak about why AlphaSights, your career goals and how it will fit your plan. They want to see that you know exactly what you are getting into, that you are willing to put in the hard work, and that you are coachable and learn fast. I had a very lovely chat with the VP and the overall experience went well. I received an offer within a few days.

What do you know about AlphaSights? What motivates you? How does working at AlphaSights fit in your career goals?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
