So far I've done the video recorded interview. You get around 30 to 60 seconds to answer each question. It's slightly awkward so definitely practice it beforehand since there is no face on the other end. The questions weren't too hard though, and I was forwarded on to the next step of the process. I have my face to face Skype interview tomorrow.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
