hard. there was a person shadowing me and the interviewer. the entire process took approximately one hour. mostly it was about "how would you deal with process" kind of question. did not get the offer at the end.

Which phase of business streamline process is most important? why?
It was good. I was asked questions related to the company and what I know about them. Also about how my skills are aligned with this job in particular and visa applications.
Was reached out by an interviewer through email after submitting my resume online. The interview was around 15 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and will ask you couple of questions about mainly their company and why you want to work in the company instead of more personal questions about you.
