Entrevista
First is a 15 mins Mandan, then a 1hour interview. Be sure to read interview guide well. It will have a roleplay. Make sure that you fix everything in the phone call. There will be a trick part of fixing the salary. Make sure you complete everything in the call. However, it’s in Japanese so make sure it’s formal enough.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
