Applied online through school's career development website. This company is very responsive and kind of new. So I can tell they really want people with talents. My resume was mediocre, but still they offered me a video interview in a month. I prepared by looking up general questions online and writing down general ideas. It helped.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
