There was an online video call initial interview for about 15 minutes. The interviewer basically went go over the education background and previous experiences, also the motivations and reasons for application to the position. After that the interviewer asked only a few questions include:
1. What is your ultimate career goal?
2. What are the skills that you think are necessary for this position?
3. Where did you gain these skills from during university?

Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
