The first stage was a basic online application (no questions just basic information). The second stage included a video assessment (4 questions, 1 minute to answer), a Cangrade assessment ( 150 questions regarding you preferred work environment), written motivation statements ( 3 questions of about 200 words). The questions for the motivation statements were: 1) Talk to us through an ambitious goal you set for yourself, and how you went about achieving it? 2) Describe a situation where you experienced a real risk of failure. How did you deal with it and what if anything would you do differently today? 3) In board terms, what is your career plan? What experiences, skills or other 'assets' will you need in order to achieve your goals?
