I found out about this opportunity through a third party recruiter. After speaking on the phone, they scheduled me for a screening call. I thought everything they asked in the screening call was fair. I did not make it past that round though. That said, my one better if is they would attach the recruiter's email to send a thank you note afterwards.
I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
