4-5 Rounds dependent on whether your case round and behavior round are combined together. (HR phone interview/HR video interview/Business Unit Manager Case Interview/BU Manager Behavior Interview/BU VP final-round interview) Usually takes less than 1 week to complete the whole process. Offer call delivered at the same day of final round.

I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
First round all behavioral. Mostly talking about previous experiences, how it applies to AlphaSights, and why AlphaSights is a fit role. Wasn't difficult, but unfortunately did don't get selected for some reason even though I thought it went very well.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.
