The interview process was much as described; I had to first conduct something of an online personality/work style test (rating how much I agreed with various statements about team work, competitiveness, etc). Then I had the video interview. This portion consisted of 4 questions; I was given a brief amount of time to collect my thoughts, and then had to record a 1 minute answer. Very standard questions, but I would recommend combing Glassdoor for example questions and then practicing your timing before interviewing.
Examples of questions included: how would you describe AlphaSights; why you want the position/think you would be a good fit; what was your first job.

An AI chatbot who interrupts you during your answers. Also predominantly just asks about experiences from HS despite talking to the recruiter and letting them know you are an older candidate

Few rounds gets you familiar with the company and then one case study practice. Need to now how their process works so pay attention to the materials provided. Case study is probably going to be a typical scenario you would face in a day to day situation
quick and do a case analysis to test your soft skills and discuss more about your cv detail. the interviewer is nice and professional. She will guide you to answer the questions.
