Got the invitation after 2 months. Took the first round AVA, felt very uncomfortable although I was prepared. Only had (less than) 5 seconds to prepare for each question. The AVA is short but demanding. Not a good impression on the company.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
