Step 1: Written Application, online test and recorded interview I didn't think it was that hard, the online test was math, English and a personally test, and the recorded interview was intimating, but if you read the questions below and get ready for them, you'll be fine Step 2: Skype Interview This was pretty simple, a HR person asks you a few questions on your resume and typical behavioral questions. The person I was talking to was really nice and took the time to talk about her experience in AlphaSights Step 3: On-site Interview This one took me 3 hours, I talked with 2 analyst one more recent, and another was quite senior. Another analyst did a case study with me, and lastly talked to the vp. Some of the people were really intimidating, while other were really nice. They each had my resume, and were shooting out behavioral questions.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
