2 rounds of interviews. 1st round is a video recording of yourself answering 8 questions in limited time amounts (usually 30 seconds per question). 2nd round is a Google Hangout video chat with one interviewer for around 20-30 minutes. I got typical questions such as how did you pick your university? Why did you pick your major? What does AS do? What organization have you made the biggest impact in? No questions were unusual or surprising.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
