I had a truly disappointing experience interviewing with AlphaSights. I was scheduled for a case study interview with a VP, and it was anything but professional. He was late to the call, which set a negative tone from the start. During the interview, he even had a conversation with his mother, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Not only was the interview poorly managed, but the VP also asked some very inappropriate questions. It felt like he was deliberately trying to poke holes in my answers rather than actually having a productive conversation. The entire experience was uncomfortable and left me with a bad impression of the company culture. Thankfully, I was able to secure another graduate role in tech that was far more professional and respectful. I would not recommend AlphaSights to anyone looking for a career in consulting or related fields.

Interview first round is a recorded video then live video interview. It was a pretty straight forward process. They respond quickly and you get moved to the next round within a few days.
