Apply online, get invited to the online assessment which you have to do within 72 hours. As everyone else already said, it's pretty standard questions and you can prepare well. If you've ever recorded yourself or talked to somebody on skype without turning the video chat on- you'll be fine here too. There is one practice question "Tell me something about yourself" which you can practice for an unlimited amount of times. After that the recording starts which you can do again once more. I would advise to make sure that you have a proper headset, because the recording system they use is very medicre and I was basically yelling at my laptop so they could hear anything at all.

I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Entrevista
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
