Applied online and was then sent an email after a week for scheduling a "web-based interview". This interview was like giving a standardised test where you are given a question and some time to prepare for it and then you have to speak on the question. It gets recorded so be comfortable speaking while looking at yourself in the screen. Questions pretty standard behavioral.
